Regarding Delivery Time and Collection Time. Please note 1 rental day is a period of 24 hours. If we deliver a car at 9am we will collect it at 9am. If you want a few extra hours there will be a small hourly charge but not less than 100 Baht per hour. More than 5 hours counts as an extra day so if you want a car delivered in the morning and collected in the afternoon it will be charged as an extra day.
Also free delivery and collection is between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Outside of these hours the following charges apply.

If you call us and demand to have your car collected before 7:30am (if not previously agreed in writing) we will charge 1,500 Baht and deduct the amount from your deposit.
For late deliveries it is sometimes possible to deliver the car to your hotel or accommodation (if it has secure parking) and leave the keys with reception BUT you will need to pay the full rental and deposit before delivery by PayPal. If this is the case you will not be charged for late delivery.
